Upgrade Bar Screen System

Background
The State of Illinois, through the Capital Development Board, is issuing a solicitation for the Upgrade Bar Screen System at the Lawrence Correctional Center located in Sumner, Lawrence County.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the facility's electrical infrastructure through construction services valued at less than $150,000.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for upgrading the Bar Screen System at the Lawrence Correctional Center. This includes all necessary electrical construction work to install and integrate the new system as specified in the project plans provided by Horner & Shifrin.

The project requires adherence to applicable Public Labor Agreements (PLA).

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid due date of January 21, 2025, and will continue until completion as outlined in the project timeline.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Lawrence Correctional Center located at 10940 Lawrence Road, Sumner, IL 62466.
