SP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Analysis

Background
The Illinois Tollway is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its current Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) landscape and employee experience. The goal of this contract is to derive actionable insights and strategies that will enable the Illinois Tollway to serve its employees and customers in an equitable, inclusive, and culturally competent manner.

This solicitation will result in a contract for services for a period of two (2) years.

Work Details
The vendor will provide Strategic Planning and Consulting services which include:

1. Comprehensive Report: An in-depth analysis of the DEI and employee experience landscape at Illinois Tollway.
2. Actionable Recommendations: Clear strategies and actionable steps to enhance DEI initiatives and improve the work environment.
3. Dashboard Access: An interactive dashboard with comprehensive results.
4. Presentations: Multiple presentations to various stakeholders including leadership and HR teams.
5. Individual Reports: Detailed reports for different departments/teams.
6. Raw Data: A spreadsheet containing survey results and other relevant data.
7. Subscription Offering: Access to a suite of tools and resources through a tailored subscription model.
8. Ongoing Support: Continued support and guidance for implementation and improvement throughout the project duration.

Period of Performance
The estimated duration of this contract shall be for two (2) years, commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Illinois Tollway's facilities located at 2700 Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, Illinois.
