Oracle Managed Services Provider IFB

Background
The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is seeking to procure an Oracle Cloud Applications managed service provider (MSP) to deliver functional and technical support for its newly implemented Oracle Cloud Financial, Oracle Cloud Procurement, Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management, and Oracle Integration Cloud environment. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management and support of these applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Work Details
The MSP will provide managed services for the following applications:
- Oracle Fusion ERP modules: Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Procurement, Expenses (including expense mobile app), Project & Grants Management.
- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules: Planning.
- Oracle Integration Cloud with 50+ custom reports created using reporting tools such as BIP, OTBI, FRS, Narrative Reporting, and SmartView.

Integrations include:
- Check printing – Bank Integration
- Positive Pay – AP Bank Integration
- CAMRA to Oracle GL Journals integration
- Employee Updates from ADP to Oracle
- Lockbox Integration from Bank to AR
- Cash Management Auto Reconciliation of CAMRA, GL and Bank Statements.

Production Support Activities include SLA-based Level 2 Production Support for incident resolution and problem management. Maintenance services will involve production-related fixes and coordination with Oracle on quarterly upgrades. New development may also be required as part of the contract.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be two (2) years commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties. The maximum total term of the contract shall not exceed ten (10) years including any renewals.

Place of Performance
All services shall be performed in the United States unless otherwise disclosed.
