Background
The State of Illinois, through the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), is seeking responsible vendors to submit bids for general office supplies. The OAG aims to procure these supplies in an economical and efficient manner, adhering to the Attorney General’s Procurement Rules and the Illinois Procurement Code. This solicitation is part of efforts to replenish stockroom supplies for various office locations throughout the state.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing general office supplies as specified in Exhibit A of the solicitation document. Vendors are required to provide cost information for specific brand/manufacturer items listed, with quantities being estimates of anticipated usage during the contract period. The OAG will not accept alternative products for items that have specific brand names or item numbers but will consider alternatives for non-specified items.

Timely delivery is crucial, with expectations set for delivery within 3-7 days after order placement. The awarded vendor must ensure compliance with performance monitoring and reporting requirements as outlined in the contract.

Period of Performance
The term of the contract will be one year, commencing on July 1, 2025, and concluding on June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will primarily be made to two main offices located at:
- 115 S. LaSalle Street, Floor 23, Chicago, IL 60603
- 500 S. 2nd St., Springfield, IL 62701.

Additional deliveries may be required at various satellite and regional offices across Illinois.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with registration requirements under Public Act 95-971 and provide necessary certifications regarding business ownership status (e.g., M/WBE). They must also disclose any subcontractors involved in contracts valued at $25,000 or more and provide references from established firms or government agencies attesting to their experience.
