Background
The State of Illinois, through the Central Management Services (CMS), is seeking to establish a contract for lawn care services at the facility located at 800 Hillcrest Rd, E. Moline, IL 61244.
The goal is to maintain the appearance and public perception of state-owned or leased facilities, which are frequented by many individuals conducting business with the State.

Work Details
The contract includes comprehensive lawn care services that encompass:
- Mowing turf to a height of 2-3 inches, not exceeding once every seven days without approval.
- Spraying turf to control broadleaf weeds and applying pre-emergent crabgrass control in spring.
- Monthly cleaning of grounds during October and November, including leaf disposal.
- Edging turf adjacent to walks, curbs, and beds as needed.
- Removal of cut grass from sidewalks and driveways after mowing.
- Maintenance of flower beds through integrated pest management practices.
- Pruning shrubs and evergreens twice per season and applying pre-emergent weed control in spring.
- General spring cleanup upon request.
All services must be performed by trained personnel using appropriate equipment, with all chemicals applied by licensed individuals.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on June 1, 2025, or upon execution until November 30, 2030.
