- Selective demolition as per Division 02 specifications.
- Construction activities outlined in various divisions including:

- Division 07: Thermal and moisture protection including firestopping and joint sealants.
- Division 08: Installation of hollow metal doors, flush wood doors, door hardware, and glazing.
- Division 09: Interior finishes including painting, gypsum board installation, ceramic tiling, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient flooring options, and carpeting.
- Division 10: Wall and door protection systems.
- Division 12: Furnishings such as plastic-laminate-clad countertops and quartz agglomerate countertops.
The contractor will also be responsible for project management, quality control, temporary facilities setup, waste management during construction, and final closeout procedures.

Period of Performance
