Janitorial Services

Background
The City of Wheaton, Illinois, is seeking proposals for janitorial services as part of its commitment to maintaining clean and safe public facilities. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services which include but are not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 24, 2025, at Wheaton City Hall. Proposals will only be accepted from vendors who sign in at this meeting. Additionally, bidders must provide:

- A 10% bid bond
- A certificate of insurance
- A completed certification form
- A cost proposal form
- A listing of subcontractors
- References
- A W-9 form

The successful vendor will also need to submit performance and janitorial fidelity bonds.
