Background
The Illinois Department of Human Services, specifically the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired, is seeking to procure ten (10) Brand Name Monarch Dynamic Tactile and Multi-Line Braille Tablets. These devices are intended for educational use in classrooms located at 658 East State St., Jacksonville, IL 62650. The goal of this procurement is to enhance learning opportunities for visually impaired students by providing them with advanced braille technology.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of ten (10) Monarch Dynamic Tactile and Multi-Line Braille Tablets. Each device must include a user’s manual and warranty information. No substitutions for the specified brand will be accepted. The agency reserves the right to adjust the quantity ordered based on pricing and budget considerations. All products must be delivered to the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired by June 30, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will conclude on June 30, 2025.
