IDOC Stateville CC/NRC - Forklift & Pallet Jack Service Contract

Background
The Stateville Correctional Center and the Northern Reception & Classification Center (NRC) located in Crest Hill, IL, are seeking a qualified vendor to establish a one-year service contract for the repair and maintenance of forklift and pallet jack equipment.
This initiative aims to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of material handling equipment used within the facilities.

Work Details
The vendor will provide all labor, tools, test equipment, and materials necessary for routine scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for various models of manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts including:
- Dayton Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack – Model Number 2LEB8 & 2LEB9
- Big Joe Electric Pallet Jack – Model Number E2221919
- Yale Forklift – Model Number GL050RGE85.4
- Landoll Bendi Series 3 B30 Forklift – Model B30/42E – 180D
- Ekko Electric Stacker – Model Number EB16EAS-189LI
- Noblelift Electric Pallet Jack – Model PTE45N
- Various standard Pallet Jack models.

Services include maintenance on hydraulic systems, engines, fluids, batteries, body components (mast, load backrest, tilt cylinder, carriage), propane lines and connectors, steering systems, tires, wheels, forks, braking systems (pads, rotors), lights, and safety measures.
The vendor must preapprove all service work and parts prior to execution. Upon completion of repairs, the vendor will test run equipment in the presence of a Supply Supervisor or appointed designee to ensure full operational capability. A detailed repair record must be provided for each service rendered.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will last for one year.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Stateville Correctional Center located at 16830 S. Route 53 Crest Hill, IL 60403 and the Northern Reception & Classification Center (NRC) at 20025 Division St. Crest Hill, IL 60403.
