IDNR is seeking a Vendor to remove and install new roofs on 4 cabins at Cave-In-Rock State Park. Please refer to the IFB and attachments for more details. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only.
Background
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) is seeking a Vendor to replace the asphalt shingle roofs with exposed fastener metal roofs on the four (4) duplex cabins located at Cave-In-Rock State Park. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term upon last signature to July 31, 2024. The estimated value of this Contract will be over $50,000.00.

Work Details
The work involves removing and installing new roofs on 4 cabins at Cave-In-Rock State Park.
The resulting contract shall have an initial term upon last signature to July 31, 2024.
In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of last signature to July 31, 2024.
