Buoy Lights for Stratton Lock and Dam

Background
The Office of Water Resources is seeking bids for the provision of solar marine lights (buoy lights) to enhance navigation safety at the Stratton Lock and Dam.
The goal of this contract is to supply high-quality, reliable lighting solutions that meet specific visibility and durability standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a total of 80 solar marine lights to the Stratton Lock and Dam, located at 2910 W. State Park Rd., McHenry, IL 60050.
The specifications for the lights include:
- Model: Carmanah Solar Powered LED lights
- Diameter: Nominal 4 inches
- Power Source: Replaceable rechargeable batteries
- Visibility: Minimum of 1 mile
- Strobe Rate: Capable of strobing at a rate of 60 flashes per minute
- Waterproof/Dust Proof Standard: Must meet or exceed IP 68
- Design: Lights must not have bird arresters or spikes and must include bolt holes or brackets for mounting on buoys.

The color and quantity breakdown for the lights is as follows:
- 10 White lights
- 15 Amber lights
- 25 Green lights
- 25 Red lights.
All products must be new, unused, and free from defects. Vendors are required to provide product literature with their quotes, and shipping costs must be included in the bid as delivery will be F.O.B. destination.

The contract will be performed at the Stratton Lock and Dam located in McHenry, Illinois.
