Background
The Dept of Military Affairs, 182 Air Wing located in Peoria IL, requires a vendor to provide lawn care services in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of five years (5). In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years.
