Agilent Service Contract Lab equipment

Background
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) is issuing this contract for the provision of service and maintenance for Agilent laboratory equipment. The goal is to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of twelve different Agilent instruments over a three-year period, thereby supporting the agency's mission to protect the environment and public health.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a three-year service agreement for twelve different Agilent instruments, including but not limited to:
1. GCMS 5977 Turbo System (Model: US21104011) - Advanced Functionality Service
2. Teledyne Tekmar Atomx XYZ (Model: US2117R045) - Advanced Functionality Service
3. 5977B MSD Bundle (Model: CN2120D008) - Advanced Functionality Service
4. Agilent 8860 GC System (Custom Model) - Custom Service
5. 8890 Gas Chromatography Systems - Various models with specific service descriptions including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting support.
6. ICPMS 7900 System - Comprehensive service including parts replacement and maintenance.
7. Onsite service during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm), with a minimum of 1-5 business days of on-site service as determined by the agency's discretion.
8. A troubleshooting guide must be provided for system diagnostics and maintenance.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will last for three years, ending on June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency located at 825 N Rutledge St, Springfield, IL 62702-4910.
