Background
The Illinois State Police (ISP) is seeking to procure logging recorders to enhance their operational capabilities. The goal of this contract is to provide four Exacom Hindsight Multi-Media recording platforms, or approved equivalents, which will support the ISP's mission of ensuring public safety and effective law enforcement.

Work Details
The contract requires the vendor to supply four Exacom Hindsight Multi-Media recording platforms that can record up to 56 analog lines each. The specifications include:
- Two playback licenses for each site (total of 8 licenses)
- Dual Processor
- 16GB RAM
- 4TB RAID 5 storage
- Dual Hot Swappable Power Supply
- Operating on Windows 2022 and SQL Server
- Includes CD/DVD/Keyboard/Mouse
- Health and monitoring service with supporting SNMP.

The vendor must also provide professional services for installation, configuration, and user training at four specified Illinois State Police Dispatch Centers located in Collinsville, Springfield, Pontiac, and Sterling. ISP will handle all network, power, and audio wiring at each location. Installation must be completed before June 30, 2025.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon execution and last for one year, with a maximum total term not exceeding ten years including any renewals or extensions.
