Purchase of New/Unused Electric Golf Cars

Background
The City of Boise, Idaho, is seeking bids for the purchase of new and unused electric golf cars to support its recreational facilities.
The goal of this contract is to acquire 60 lithium-ion battery-powered golf cars that meet specific requirements for use at the Warm Springs Golf Course, enhancing the experience for citizens and visitors.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of 60 new/unused electric golf cars with the following specifications:
- Type: Lithium-Ion Golf Car
- Seat Capacity: 2 persons
- Year of Manufacture: 2025 or newer
- Features include roof kits, fold-down windshields, sweater baskets, four cup holder dash, two sand/seed bottles, and message holders.
- Power Source: Lithium-Ion Battery Powered with forward/reverse drive unit. Each car includes one Li-ion battery charger and two keys.
- Steering/Suspension: Self-adjusting rack & pinion, independent front suspension with shock absorbers, automatic self-setting parking brake.
- Body/Chassis: Beige color for body, seat, and canopy; includes dual number decals, premium tires (18 x 8.50), hub caps, USB-A and USB-C charging ports in dash, hour meter and state of charge meter in dash.
- Dimensions: Wheelbase of 65 inches, curb weight of at least 675 lbs., ground clearance of at least 4 inches, overall length of at least 90 inches.
- Warranty: A minimum of a 5-year unlimited hours warranty on lithium-ion batteries and a minimum of a 24-month warranty covering parts and labor for the unit.
- GPS features to monitor pace of play, location tracking, battery information, utilization monitoring, geo-fencing capabilities, remote shutdown functionality, and software/hardware setup at Warm Springs Golf Course upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the golf cars is scheduled between June 15th and July 1st, 2025.
