The current contract for these services is expiring, prompting the Department to establish a new contract to ensure continued grounds maintenance and snow removal.

Work Details
The contractor will provide lawn and landscape maintenance and snow removal services at the specified locations. Specific requirements include:

- General lawn care including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
- Landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and planting as necessary.
- Snow removal from sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances during winter months.
- All services must include necessary supplies such as weed control products, fertilizer, insecticides, and ice melt.
- The contractor must submit a fully loaded cost matrix that includes all operating expenses such as overhead, salaries, profit margins, insurance costs, travel expenses, implementation costs, transition costs, and quality improvement measures.
