Enterprise Content Manager

Background
The State of Idaho, through the Division of Purchasing, is seeking proposals for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software and professional services to support its governmental departments and agencies.

The goal is to maintain and enhance ECM capabilities, particularly for legacy systems like OnBase and DocuShare, while also considering the state's standard solution, Laserfiche. This solicitation aims to secure expertise in licensing and professional services for these systems to ensure their continued operation and optimization.

Work Details
The contract will encompass the following products and services:
- Licensing and professional services for OnBase, DocuShare, and SharePoint.
- Technical support, system upgrades, user training, consulting services, and document migration enhancements.
- The awarded vendor will provide comprehensive support for existing ECM solutions utilized by various state agencies.
- Specific deliverables include a seamless transition plan from existing service providers where applicable, ensuring continuity of service delivery.
- The vendor must acknowledge that the standard ECM solution for the state is currently Laserfiche; solutions under this agreement are restricted to agencies using OnBase, DocuShare, or SharePoint at the time of contract award.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three (3) years with the possibility of renewal or extension upon mutual agreement.

The anticipated total contract term may extend up to eight (8) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Idaho, specifically for various state agencies utilizing ECM solutions.
