Dodge Durango Upfitting Service

Background
The Idaho State Police (ISP) is seeking quotes for a one-time purchase of equipment and full upfitting of fourteen (14) 2023 Dodge Durango pursuit vehicles.
This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of the ISP by integrating these vehicles into their fleet as fully marked and equipped patrol units.
The project is part of ISP's ongoing commitment to protect the lives, property, and constitutional rights of people in Idaho.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services and equipment for the upfitting of the vehicles:
- Installation of SoundOff Signal emergency warning equipment.
- Installation of MPH Bee III RADAR with front/rear antennas, including one remote, one counting unit/display, and vehicle-specific speed sensor system.
- Installation of AXON Fleet 3 video/audio recording system with two camera lenses.
- Installation of Motorola APX 8500 Tri-Band Radio with remote display and associated repeaters and antennas.
- Installation of Cradlepoint Router with WiFi Antenna – Model MB05-19005GBGA.
- Installation of Havis Laptop Mount, Zebra Printer, Barcode Scanner, Flashlight/charger, Blac-Rac Rifle Rack/Lock, and Westin wrap-around push bumper with six lights installed on it.
- Custom made brackets (if needed) to install equipment, wiring/fuses/connectors, labels for wires, zip ties, screws/nuts/bolts/fasteners.
The vendor must ensure that all installations are consistent across all vehicles without substantive differences in design or layout.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to commence no later than January 20, 2025, and must be completed within thirteen (13) months from the start date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the ISP Auto Bay located at 700 S. Stratford Dr., Meridian, ID 83642.
