Iowa Lottery Print and Loyalty Services

Background
The Iowa Department of Management, on behalf of the Iowa Department of Revenue, is seeking proposals for a vendor to manage the Iowa Lottery’s Instant Ticket product category and Loyalty Programs.
The goal is to responsibly grow the Instant Ticket offerings and implement a Loyalty Program that rewards participation while maintaining Player Engagement Technology.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for:
1. Planning and executing all aspects of the Iowa Lottery’s Instant Ticket product category, including production of Instant Tickets.
2. Planning and executing a Loyalty Program designed to reward participation, which includes reward acquisition and fulfillment.
3. Implementing and maintaining Player Engagement Technology.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the award of the RFP and is expected to remain open for at least forty-five (45) days for potential bidders after the RFP publication.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Iowa, specifically under the jurisdiction of the Iowa Department of Revenue.
