Services to Support Participating Title IV-A Schools for HIDOE

Background
The Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) is seeking proposals to provide services that support participating Title IV-A schools. The goal of this contract is to enhance educational opportunities and outcomes for at-risk students by ensuring equitable access to necessary resources and support systems. Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services designed to improve access to educational resources for at-risk students. These services include:
- Developing and implementing programs that address mental health, academic support, and technology access.
- Collaborating with schools to create tailored approaches that meet specific needs.
- Providing professional development for educators to enhance their ability to support students effectively.
- Offering direct services such as tutoring, counseling, and workshops aimed at improving student engagement and success.
- Collecting and reporting data on service effectiveness, including both qualitative and quantitative results.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the award date until March 12, 2025, with potential amendments as necessary.
