Background
The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) is seeking qualified firms to provide professional consulting services during the 2025 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025) in various categories such as archeological services, architectural services, civil engineering, coastal & ocean engineering/aquatic resources, construction management services, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, horticultural services, land surveying, landscape architecture, mechanical engineering, planning services, program management, project management, structural engineering, other general engineering services, accounting and auditing services, financial advisory services, computer science and information technology (IT) services, and real property appraisal services. The solicitation also specifies that Hawaii state registration is required for Engineering, Architectural, and Surveying work.

Work Details
The work involves providing professional consulting services in a wide range of categories including archeological services; architectural services; civil engineering; coastal & ocean engineering/aquatic resources; construction management services; electrical engineering; environmental engineering; horticultural services; land surveying; landscape architecture; mechanical engineering; planning services; program management; project management and structural engineering. Additionally accounting and auditing services; financial advisory services; computer science and information technology (IT) services; and real property appraisal services are also required. The specific tasks include real property appraisals pertaining to acquisitions and dispositions; land valuations; lease rents; lease terms; lease re-openings; remnants; easements; accesses; and appraisal consulting.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the 2025 Fiscal Year from July 1st 2024 to June 30th 2025.
