Furnish & Deliver Janitorial & Maintenance Uniforms

Background
The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation – Airports Division is seeking to furnish and deliver uniform quality shirts and pants for the Hilo International Airport. The goal of this contract is to provide appropriate uniforms for both the Janitorial and Maintenance Sections, ensuring that all garments meet specified quality standards and branding requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will manufacture and deliver uniform quality shirts and pants as follows:

- **Janitorial Section:**
- Shirts: Light blue color, buttoned-up type, with the State of Hawaii DOT logo and 'Hilo International Airport' embroidered above a pocket. Fabric composition: 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton. Approximately 85 shirts required in varying sizes.
- Pants: Industrial cargo pants or denim jeans in dark blue color. Approximately 85 pants required in varying sizes.

- **Maintenance Section:**
- Shirts: Dark blue color, pullovers with two buttons, featuring the State of Hawaii DOT logo embroidered above a pocket. Fabric composition: 50% Polyester / 50% Cotton. Approximately 150 shirts required in varying sizes.
- Pants: Industrial cargo pants or denim jeans in dark blue color. Approximately 150 pants required in varying sizes.

- **Maintenance Supervisors Shirts:**
Black color, short sleeves, moisture-wicking fabric material, made from 100% Polyester. Approximately 10 shirts required in varying sizes.

All prices must include costs for manufacturing, fitting, assembling, and delivering the garments to Hilo International Airport at the specified address (2450 Kekuanaoa Street, Suite 215, Hilo, Hawaii 96720), inclusive of all taxes and fees.

Period of Performance
The duration of the contract will be for 24 months from the date of the notice to proceed.

Hilo International Airport located at 2450 Kekuanaoa Street, Suite 215, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the proposed uniforms meet the quality specifications outlined in the solicitation. Additionally, bidders are required to disclose where garments are manufactured and provide testing protocols for quality control.
