Furnish and Deliver Trailer Mounted Portable Pump

Background
The City and County of Honolulu's Department of Environmental Services is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of trailer-mounted portable pumps. These pumps will be utilized at various City wastewater treatment plants and pump station facilities, aligning with the agency's mission to ensure effective waste management and environmental protection.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver three types of trailer-mounted portable pumps as specified in the solicitation:

1. **4x4 Pump**:
- Brand and Item No.: Pioneer Pump Item No. 44S10-PPI-01-D, Global Pump Model No. 4GHTDPIKT4T1SG, Godwin PMCD04DDSN219 or approved substitute.
- Specifications include a maximum flow of 1,520 GPM, maximum head of 150 feet, and a diesel engine.
- Quantity: 9 units.

2. **6x4 Pump**:
- Brand and Item No.: Pioneer Pump Item No. 64C21-PPI-01-J, Global Pump 6GHHDPSCCT4T1SG, Godwin PMHL0O40DCN219 or approved substitute.
- Specifications include a maximum flow of 1,440 GPM, maximum head of 595 feet, and a diesel engine.
- Quantity: 2 units.

3. **6x6 Pump**:
- Brand and Item No.: Pioneer Pump Item No. 66S12-PPI-01-D, Global Pump 6GSTDPIKT4T1SG, Godwin PMCDO60DCN284 or approved substitute.
- Specifications include a maximum flow of 2,840 GPM, maximum head of 182 feet, and a diesel engine.
- Quantity: 2 units.

All pumps must meet applicable Federal, Hawaii State, and City safety requirements. The contractor is responsible for all necessary shipping, transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and work to furnish and deliver the pumps as specified.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the pumps must be completed within 240 calendar days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Place of Performance
Delivery address is the City and County of Honolulu Department of Environmental Services at Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1350 Sand Island Parkway, Building 8, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with HRS §103-55 regarding wages and working conditions for services projects exceeding $25,000. The successful bidder must also be registered as compliant on the State of Hawaii Compliance Express System or submit required tax clearances prior to contract award.
