Background
The City and County of Honolulu is issuing a solicitation for the Erosion Control Improvements project at Moanalua Road near Pearlridge Elementary School. This project aims to enhance erosion control measures in the area, which is vital for maintaining infrastructure and environmental integrity.

Work Details

- Slope flattening.
- Installation of an erosion control blanket on the eastern end of the project site.
Additionally, the project will involve replacing existing chain link fences, slope grading, installing turf reinforcement mats, grass hydroseeding, and rockfall boulder removal as required.
