Background
The State of Hawaii, through its Department of Transportation, is issuing a solicitation for the Kuhio Highway Intersection Improvements project located in the vicinity of Koolau Road (South), District of Kawaihau, Island of Kauai. This project aims to enhance roadway safety and traffic flow by implementing necessary improvements to the existing infrastructure.

Work Details

- Widening the existing roadway pavement to accommodate a left-turn lane and deceleration lane;
- Removing and installing pavement markings and traffic signs;
- Cold planing and resurfacing the roadway;
