Douglas County ( Owner or the County ) is issuing this Invitation to Bid ( ITB ) to solicit bids ( BIDS ) from qualified firms ( Respondents ) for the construction of the new Winston Park Concession Stand located at 13727 Veterans Memorial Highway, Winston, GA 30187 (the Project ). Capitalized terms in this ITB, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project. The Project will be funded with ARPA funds. The Project is required to comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations, as well as those of Douglas County, including local permitting of the project. Additionally, the Project must comply with all ARPA rules, regulations, specifications, and requirements.
