Warmouth Sands Clubhouse and Driving Range Facility

Background
The Sweet Onion Golf Authority (SOGA) is a Public Agency operating under the City of Vidalia. It oversees the construction of the Warmouth Sands Golf Course Clubhouse and Driving Range Facility. This project is part of the City of Vidalia's initiative to develop a golf course and its accompanying structures, designed by Mike Young Designs and DRAF Architecture, with site development by Hofstadter & Associates.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of several facilities:
- A 1-story Clubhouse with 1,674 heated and 1,785 unheated square feet.
- A Driving Range Facility that is a combined 1 and 2-story open structure totaling 5,674 unheated square feet.
- A Ball Dispenser Building that is a 1-story structure with 157 heated and 55 unheated square feet.
Additionally, associated civil site development will be included as part of this project.

Period of Performance
Construction is scheduled to commence on February 7, 2025, with various milestones leading to project closeout on July 23, 2025. The issuance of the Clubhouse Certificate of Occupancy is expected on July 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Warmouth Sands Golf Course located on Ezra Taylor Road in Vidalia, GA 30474.
