INVITATION TO BID Timber Trail Gym - HVAC Replacement Project 1. Sealed bid proposals for the Timber Trail Gym - HVAC Replacement Project will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Timber Trail Gym, located at 508 Timber Trail Road, Richmond Hill Georgia 31324 at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday April 22, 2025. Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Timber Trail Gym located at the above address Monday - Friday during normal business hours from 8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at the address above. 2. Bryan County is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal and entering into a contract to provide and install a new HVAC System consisting of four (4) 15 Ton package units and associated equipment. The location of the project will be 508 Timber Trail Road, in Richmond Hill Georgia. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified contractors with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this document. 3.
