Statesboro High School EIFS Repair/Replacement

Background
The contract is issued by Bulloch County Schools, located at 150 Williams Road, Suite A, Statesboro, GA 30458. The goal of this contract is to perform building envelope repairs and replacements at Statesboro High School, specifically focusing on the EIFS (exterior insulation finish system) and waterproofing systems.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Selective repairs of EIFS (exterior insulation finish system).
- Application of a fluid-applied waterproofing system over existing/new prepared EIFS/Stucco surfaces.
- Replacement and installation of associated sheet metal components and accessories.
- Additional tasks include sealant replacement, gypsum sheathing replacement, and crack repair for EIFS.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. It must be substantially completed within 120 calendar days from that date.
