Sonoraville Recreation Complex Exterior Athletic Lighting Renovations

Background
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to renovate the Exterior Athletic Lighting at the Sonoraville Recreation Complex. This project aims to enhance the recreational facilities and ensure safety and functionality for community sports activities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing renovations of the Exterior Athletic Lighting at the Sonoraville Recreation Complex. Proposals must include a completed bid form with total cost, an authorized signature, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit.

Upon notification of award, the successful contractor must submit proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance, a valid business license, certification of a drug-free workplace, and a General Liability Insurance Certificate.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award notification, with specific timelines for submission of required documents and completion of work to be determined post-award.

The renovations will take place at the Sonoraville Recreation Complex located at 7494 Fairmount Hwy SE, Calhoun, GA 30701.
