The County reserves the right to retain all bids submitted and use any idea(s) in a bid regardless of award. The County shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity of immaterial deviation in any bid received. Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Septic Tank Pumping Services on an as-needed basis at rates specified in Exhibit C – Mandatory Cost Proposal Worksheet, with no separate fees for trip charges or fuel surcharges.
2. Grease Trap Pumping Services at per gallon rates identified in Exhibit C, also without additional fees.
3. Sewer Manhole Cleanout Services for four sewer manholes at the Hall County Detention Center, performed twice yearly at rates specified in Exhibit C.
4. Additional services/items on an as-needed basis at rates identified in Exhibit C.
The contractor must supply all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials for task completion and provide courtesy price quotations upon request.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and remain effective until June 30, 2026, with the possibility of four annual one-year renewals under the same terms.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Hall County, Georgia, specifically including locations such as the Hall County Detention Center at 1700 Barber Road, Gainesville, GA.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded to perform services in Georgia. They must submit three copies of their bid along with all mandatory documents and a USB flash drive containing all documents. Bidders must also comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act.
