Security Guard Services RFP # FY25-006

Background
Drew Charter School is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide security guard services for the 2025-2026 school year.
The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) Number FY25-006 is to ensure the safety and security of the school environment, aligning with the mission of the school to provide a safe learning atmosphere for its students and staff.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive security guard services, which include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring school premises
- Ensuring the safety of students and staff
- Responding to emergencies
- Conducting regular patrols
- Maintaining order during school events.
Vendors must demonstrate their capability to meet all requirements outlined in Section 2, Scope of Work, including staffing levels, training protocols, and emergency response procedures.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and will conclude on June 30, 2026.
There is an option for renewal for up to four additional years based on performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Charles R. Drew Charter School located at 300 Eva Davis Way SE, Atlanta, GA 30317.
