Background
The City of Marietta is seeking bids for the construction of Rottenwood Creek Trail Phase 1. The project consists of the construction of a multi-use trail beginning at the baseball fields on Alumni Drive and following Rottenwood Creek to Franklin Gateway. The project has a 12% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal.

Work Details
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the multi-use trail.
