RMS Risk Management Information System (RMIS) R2

Background
The Department of Administrative Services is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract with qualified supplier(s) to provide a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) as part of the Risk Management Services (RMS) Technology and Process Modernization Project (TPMP).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the risk management capabilities of the agency through modern technology solutions.

Work Details
The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
This includes software solutions that facilitate risk assessment, management, and reporting.
The RMIS should integrate with existing systems and provide functionalities such as incident tracking, claims management, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring.
Additionally, the system must support data analytics and reporting features to assist in decision-making processes related to risk management.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be defined in the final agreement but is expected to commence upon award and continue through the completion of the Technology and Process Modernization Project.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed virtually, with potential requirements for on-site support at locations specified by the Department of Administrative Services within Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all instructions outlined in Attachment A of the solicitation documents.
They are encouraged to submit all required documents accurately; failure to do so may result in disqualification from consideration for contract award.
