RFQ-484-111224 Aerial Photography, LIDAR and Survey Services

Background
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for Aerial Photography, LIDAR, and Survey Services. This RFQ aims to identify potential providers for the scope of services for various GDOT projects. GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive technicalities at its discretion. The agency has an 11% annual goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation on federally funded projects.

Work Details
The selected consultant will provide Aerial Photography, LIDAR, and Survey Services for GDOT projects as identified in Exhibit I. The anticipated scope of work includes:

1. Aerial photography capturing high-resolution images;
2. LIDAR data collection for topographic mapping;
3. Survey services including boundary surveys, construction staking, and as-built surveys.

The contract will be an On-Call Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract awarded to one firm, with payment types potentially being Lump Sum, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost per Unit of Work, or Specific Rate of Compensation.

Period of Performance
The contract will remain in effect for three (3) years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of five (5) years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Georgia, specifically at locations relevant to GDOT projects.
