RFQ 25-001 Surface Parking Lot at 2688 Atlanta Road

Background
The City of Smyrna is seeking bids for a lump sum contract to construct a 44-space surface parking lot at 2688 Atlanta Road. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing parking area and building foundation, grading, sanitary sewer, potable water, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, striping, concrete paving, parking lot lighting, storm sewer piping and detention.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the construction of a 44-space surface parking lot at 2688 Atlanta Road. This involves the demolition of existing parking area and building foundation, grading, installation of sanitary sewer and potable water systems, construction of curb & gutter, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, installation of parking lot lighting,
as well as the installation of storm sewer piping and detention.

Period of Performance
Sealed Bids are due to the Purchasing Division no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2024. There is a pre-bid meeting at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
Questions or requests for additional information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at 2688 Atlanta Road in Smyrna, Georgia.
