RFQ 24-298-K HVAC Maintenance

Background
The City of Roswell, Georgia, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from contractors experienced in HVAC maintenance services for City-owned buildings and facilities.

The goal is to establish a 3-year term contract with multiple contractors to ensure effective HVAC maintenance and repairs, enhancing the quality of life for residents in this northern suburb of Atlanta.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and insurance necessary for Mechanical and HVAC preventive maintenance and repairs. Services include:

1) Preventive Maintenance services such as inspecting, repairing, and replacing components related to HVAC systems including cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, boilers, and more;
2) Quarterly preventive maintenance tasks;
3) Emergency maintenance service within one hour of notification;
4) Scheduled quarterly maintenance service;
5) Debris removal and site cleanup after work completion.

Specific tasks include cleaning cooling towers, inspecting air handlers, maintaining pumps and boilers, conducting water treatment services, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be established for a term of three years following the evaluation and award process.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various City-owned buildings and facilities located in Roswell, Georgia.
