RFP 25-602 Warehouse Management System

Background
The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is a public school system located in the fourth largest county in Georgia, serving over 92,000 students across more than 138 schools.
DCSD aims to enhance educational quality and operational efficiency. This solicitation seeks qualified vendors for the development and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, enhance order fulfillment efficiency, and provide real-time visibility into warehouse processes.

Work Details
The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary services related to the WMS, including but not limited to:
- Development and implementation of the WMS
- Streamlining warehouse operations
- Improving inventory accuracy
- Enhancing order fulfillment efficiency
- Providing real-time visibility into warehouse processes.
All services must include labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel costs, administrative costs, and any other necessary expenses without additional charges.
The DCSD reserves the right to make multiple awards based on proposals received.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence around March 2025 and will initially last for one year from the execution date of both parties. There are no additional renewal periods specified.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the DeKalb County School District in Georgia.
