RFB 25-0003; Liberty Theater Re-Roofing Project

Background
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking qualified vendors to submit sealed bids for the Liberty Theater Re-Roofing Project, RFB No. 25-0003.

The project aims to remove the existing roof at the Liberty Theater and install a new roofing system in compliance with specified project manuals. The Liberty Theater is located at 813 8th Avenue, Columbus, GA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove the existing roof and install a new fully-adhered Colonial Red FiberTite KEE fleeceback roof system (or equal).

The work must comply with the project manual specifications. Contractors are responsible for all measurements and estimating material quantities required for the project. Additionally, the successful contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits.

Period of Performance
The work shall commence within 30 days after award notification or as mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and Owner.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Liberty Theater located at 813 8th Avenue, Columbus, GA.
