REQUEST FOR 4 PLAYGROUND PROPOSALS, REQUEST NUMBER HC-03-14-25A through HC-03-14-24D

Background
The Columbia County School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals for playground equipment and shade structures to enhance recreational facilities at various school locations. The goal of this contract is to provide safe and compliant playground installations that meet ASTM and CPSC guidelines, ensuring a quality environment for students.

Work Details
Vendors are requested to submit proposals for the following:
1. Playground equipment compliant with ASTM standards (F1487, F1292, F1951) and CPSC guidelines.
2. Shade structures for the playgrounds.
3. All items must be priced separately, with vendors encouraged to suggest multiple options or alternatives.

Vendors are responsible for all debris removal, site preparation, permitting, and proper utility location. All installations must meet or exceed county, state, and federal requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award notification and pricing must remain valid through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at four designated school locations in Columbia County, Georgia:
1. North Columbia Elementary - 2874 Ray Owens Rd., Appling GA 30802;
2. Evans Elementary - 618 Gibbs Rd., Evans GA 30809;
3. Brookwood Elementary - 455 S. Old Belair Rd., Grovetown GA 30813;
4. Grovetown Elementary - 300 Ford Ave., Grovetown GA 30813.
