PA024-24 Provision of Duct Cleaning at Various Gwinnett County Fire Stations on an Annual Contract

Background
Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written Quotes from qualified contractors for the Provision of Duct Cleaning at Various Gwinnett County Fire Stations on an Annual Contract with four (4) one-year options to renew for the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.

Work Details
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services is requesting duct cleaning at various Gwinnett County Fire Stations. The services are to include a complete cleaning of all the existing sheet metal and flex duct work to remove dirt and debris that has accumulated inside the associated ductwork. In accordance with specifications, this includes turning vanes, splitters, dampers, grills, registers, and all associated duct work.
Gwinnett County plans to have approximately six (6) facilities cleaned annually, for an annual total of approximately 46,000 sq. ft. of conditioned space and approximately 29 split systems. The County reserves the right to schedule services at any station as needed.

Period of Performance
The initial term will begin June 7, 2024, or upon award, whichever is later. The contract will have four (4) one-year options to renew.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed are various Gwinnett County Fire Stations.
