On-Call Concrete Services (RFQ PW 25-08)

Background
The City of Norcross is seeking a qualified contractor to perform concrete services on an on-call basis. The contract does not guarantee a minimum value and is intended to be awarded to a single contractor who will operate under the Public Works Department's direction. The contract term is one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to five years.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various concrete services, including but not limited to: pouring sidewalks, constructing commercial and residential driveways, curb and gutter construction, catch basins, and slabs. Project-specific plans and dimensions will be provided prior to each project. All concrete work must adhere to current GDOT Standards.

The anticipated services include:
- Concrete Header Curb (3,000 PSI)
- 24 Inch Curb and Gutter (3000 PSI)
- Concrete Sidewalks (5' and 10', 3000 PSI)
- Curb cuts/Wheelchair Ramps
- Driveways (4" thick and 6" thick with various reinforcements)
- Catch Basins (Single and Double wing)
- Various Slabs/Flat Work (4", 6", and 8" thick with or without rebar reinforcement)
- Concrete Retaining Walls
- Grading
- Mobilization

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year from the date of award, with options for renewal up to five years.

Place of Performance
All work will be completed within the boundaries of the City of Norcross.
