Lyons- Faison Park INODIC

Background
The City of Lyons is issuing a contract for the construction of Faison Park, aimed at enhancing community recreational facilities. The project includes various construction elements to create a functional and appealing park space for residents.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes the following:

- Construction of Lyons Faison Park comprising approximately 9,194 square yards of 8-inch Graded Aggregate Base.
- Complete grading.
- Approximately 707 square yards of 4-inch Class B 3,000 PSI concrete.
- Approximately 1,011 tons of 9.5mm Superpave asphalt.
- A Community Center constructed according to architectural plans.
- Approximately 120 linear feet of 36-inch RCP storm drain piping.
- Installation of a Pickleball Court and Basketball Court.
- Striping, grassing, and other erosion control measures as detailed in the plans.

Period of Performance
All work on the project must be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Faison Park, located in Lyons, Georgia.
