West Central Georgia Regional Hospital is located on 110 acres of rolling hills with one 5-acre lake. Approximately 80 acres (zone 1) is subject to grounds keeping in a manicured fashion. During the mowing season (Defined as April 1st through October 31st) the grass is to be mowed twice per week every week. The remaining area (zone 2) will be bush hogged twice a month April 1st through October 31st and once a month November 1st thru March 31st. The supplier is expected to provide weekly and bi-weekly turf maintenance of the entire property which will consist of mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off sidewalks of any unwanted leaves or natural materials, and maintaining the common areas throughout the property, and use of herbicidal treatment for walkways, parking lots, driveways, all natural areas and perimeter fencing. Trees will be maintained and canopied at 8 feet and under. All dead, sick, and drooping tree branches will be cut to provide a neat appearance within the property. All overgrowth will be removed from the trunk of the soil surface.

This electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) seeks to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive lawn maintenance services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing weekly and bi-weekly turf maintenance across the entire property, which includes:

- Mowing grass twice per week during the mowing season (April 1st - October 31st) and once a month during the dormant season (November 1st - March 31st).
- Bush hogging the remaining area (zone 2) twice a month from April to October and once a month from November to March.
- Trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks of unwanted leaves or debris.
- Maintaining common areas.
- Applying herbicidal treatments for walkways, parking lots, driveways, natural areas, and perimeter fencing.
- Maintaining trees at a canopy height of 8 feet or under; cutting dead or sick branches; and removing overgrowth from tree trunks.

Specific tasks include controlling weeds and debris in courtyards, manicuring shrubbery, maintaining fence edges around the lake, ensuring all paved areas are cleared of clippings and debris after each service visit, and adhering to safety regulations. A working supervisor must be present at all times during service visits.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will last for one calendar year with four optional one-year renewals at the discretion of the State Entity. Services are expected to be performed on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM unless weather conditions necessitate rescheduling.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the West Central Georgia Regional Hospital located in Columbus, Georgia.
