At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of demoing an existing street and cul-de-sac to construct a pocket park. Improvements include concrete sidewalk, rubble seat walls, concrete steps bioretention area with underdrain, grading, erosion control, and final landscaping.
