Background
The Columbus Airport Commission (CSG) is the fourth busiest airport in Georgia, handling over fifty thousand passengers annually. CSG aims to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue through significant upgrades and modernization of its terminal. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified Proposers to manage and service IT Network & Cyber Solutions at CSG, ensuring robust IT infrastructure and cybersecurity measures.

Work Details
The selected Proposer will provide comprehensive IT Network and Cyber Solution Services, including but not limited to:

- 24x7x365 Help Desk Support
- Server/Network System Monitoring
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Antivirus and AntiSpam Protection
- On-Site Support
- Networking Support
- Microsoft 365 Support
- Asset Inventory Management
- Software Licensing Control
- PC Deployment & Support
- Printer/Copier/Scanner Support
- Desktop Software Standardization
- Lifecycle Management of Hardware Units
- Break Fixes and Installation services
- Move/Add/Change (MAC) support
- Reporting on system health and performance metrics
- Technology Strategy Planning in collaboration with management
- Account Management with escalation processes
- Service Level Agreements monitoring
- Onboarding and Offboarding procedures for staff members
- Compliance with PCI standards and other regulations
- Scalability of services offered to adapt to organizational needs
- Multi-Factor Authentication management solutions
- End User Security Awareness Training programs for staff members
- Vulnerability Testing for security assessments both internally and externally
- Managed SOC as a Service for proactive threat detection.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 25, 2025, and will last for two years until March 25, 2027. There is a possibility of extending the contract for an additional two years based on performance.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Columbus Airport located at 3250 W. Britt David Road, Columbus, Georgia 31909.
