The Coffee County School System is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of a new LED/Electronic Video Scoreboard display system to be located at Jardine Stadium in Douglas, Georgia. This initiative aims to enhance the facilities at Coffee High School, providing a modern scoreboard for athletic events.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a high-quality LED/Electronic Video Scoreboard with the following specifications:

- Display Size: 13’x30’ Video board 16mm
- Fixed digit scoreboard display: 4’x30’

The scope of work includes professionally installing the electronic signage display system at the designated location. This involves all necessary wiring, cabling, and power connections. Additionally, the contractor will conduct thorough testing of the system to ensure proper functionality and provide ongoing support to the Coffee County School System. A warranty must be included, detailing the number of years of coverage for both equipment and installation.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon bid acceptance and completion of installation by April 22, 2025.
