Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (Owner) for the project entitled Lake Blackshear Resort Cottages in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Project scope of work: Complete implementation of construction documents providing (10) new constructed cottages and associated utilities, infrastructure and sitework. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Background
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is accepting electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for the Lake Blackshear Resort Cottages project.

The mission of GSFIC is to manage state resources effectively. This project aims to enhance recreational facilities by constructing new cottages at Lake Blackshear.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the complete implementation of construction documents for the construction of ten (10) new cottages along with associated utilities, infrastructure, and sitework.
