Discovery Center at Calhoun Elementary School

Background
The Calhoun City School District is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Construction Firms for the construction of Calhoun Elementary School Discovery Center. The proposed budget is $125,000.00. The contractor agrees to perform all work in compliance with O.C.G.A.13-10-91, Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act.

Work Details
The construction project includes the construction of the Calhoun Elementary School Discovery Center. Proposals and construction documents will be available from Southern A & E, LLC (770) 819-7777.
The contractor must comply with O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 and provide verification of compliance with federal work authorization programs.
Accommodations for a site visit for interested bidders will be made available upon request through the Owner.

Period of Performance
Responses must be received at the Calhoun City Schools District Offices at 334 South Wall Street, Calhoun, Georgia, 30701 on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 18, 2024.
Award if acceptable will be within 45 days.

Place of Performance
The construction project will take place at Calhoun Elementary School located at 101 Raymond King Dr, Calhoun, GA 30701.
