Background
The City of Holly Springs Engineering Department is seeking bids for the demolition and disposal of buildings, parking lots, asbestos surveys, and septic tanks at two sites located at 3197 & 3073 Holly Springs Parkway in the City of Holly Springs, GA. The project is part of the Holly Springs Parkway Widening PH III.

Work Details
The work includes the complete demolition and disposal of approximately 1500 & 2100 sf buildings, asphalt parking lots, asbestos surveys, septic tanks, and all other items at two sites located at 3197 & 3073 Holly Springs Parkway aka Parcels 35, 36, & 45 of the Holly Springs Parkway Widening PH III in the City of Holly Springs, GA.

Period of Performance
The time allowed for Substantial Completion is 30 consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The official Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be given to the chosen contractor in July of 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two sites located at 3197 & 3073 Holly Springs Parkway aka Parcels 35, 36, & 45 of the Holly Springs Parkway Widening PH III in the City of Holly Springs, GA.
